Devices and tunnel basics

Devices

On Devices you can:

• See which machines are online or offline and when they were last seen
• Search and filter by name, organization, or group
• Open device details for status, network context, and tunnel assignments
• Edit metadata such as name or organization when your role allows it

Device details

The details view brings together connection status, timestamps, tunnel assignments, and recent activity so you can troubleshoot without switching screens.

Tunnels

On Tunnels you create secure endpoints that reach services on your devices.

• Name tunnels clearly and add descriptions when more than one team shares an environment.

Operational tips

• Review stale tunnels periodically and disable or remove what is no longer needed.
• Align device group membership with how you manage tunnels and access control.
