Actions

The Actions area runs commands on one device or many, with history for auditing.

Practices

• Start with a narrow device set, then expand.
• Prefer clear action names and verify output in the run history.

File Manager

File Manager uploads and distributes files for operational workflows.

• Organize files in folders
• Share with allowed organizations when your process requires it
• Watch storage usage and quotas shown in the UI

Reports

• Availability — uptime and downtime trends over time. See the Availability report guide for filters and how to read the dashboard.
• Telemetry — metric charts and filters for deeper inspection.

Use consistent date ranges when comparing one period to another.
